The Degà Ignasi de Gispert Foundation was created by the ICAB, the Lawyers' Fund and the Social Welfare Mutual of the Lawyers of Catalonia in 1999 with the aim of carrying out social work for members and their families. In this sense, the Foundation offers financial aid to lawyers who suffer serious financial difficulties due to illness or accident.

Exceptionally, these benefits can also reach people linked to the ICAB who find themselves in the same circumstances.
